Who is Harakka???
Hi! I'm a graphic design student from the furthest corner of Iittala.​​​
I could be described as a curious collector and a bit silly. That's how I got the nickname "Magpie" (Harakka). My real name is Sofia though.
I have always been a very visual person and I love childishness and colors. I like to mix childish colors with more difficult and heavy subjects and medical imagery.
My work is inspired by greatly by Japan and especially its street fashion styles. I am most inspired by the menhera/yami kawaii/jirai kei styles.
I'm always ready to try new things and I'm known for my habit of jumping headfirst into dark waters in pursuit of new experiences.
In my private life, I'm a crazy house mouse who gets her joy from dolls and customizing them.
I don't use AI in my work for my own moral reasons <3
